Welcome to Veletify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Veletify website, platform, and related services. By clicking "Get Started," accessing, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our services.

            ATTENTION: Veletify is strictly restricted to users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. We have a zero-tolerance policy for minors on this platform.
        

1. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Our services are specifically designed for adult individuals seeking to connect and communicate with people worldwide. By using Veletify, you represent, warrant, and confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your respective jurisdiction). Any access or use of the platform by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited. If we discover or receive reports that a user is under the age of 18, we reserve the right to immediately terminate their session and permanently ban their IP address.

2. Zero Data Retention & Privacy

Veletify operates on a strict "Zero Data Retention" architecture. We provide a real-time, instantaneous communication bridge between users. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not store, log, or backup your text messages, images, or media shared during a chat session. Once a user disconnects or the chat session is terminated, all communication data is permanently and irrevocably deleted from our servers. Because of this, we cannot retrieve past chats, recover lost connections, or provide chat history under any circumstances.

3. Code of Conduct & Acceptable Use

Veletify aims to provide a clean, secure, and beautiful worldwide chatting platform. You agree to use our services responsibly and treat other users with respect. You are solely responsible for your interactions and the content you transmit. While using Veletify, you agree NOT to:

Transmit, upload, or share any illegal content, including but not limited to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual explicit media, or any material that exploits minors.
Engage in targeted harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, or hate speech against any individual or group based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
Promote terrorism, violence, or any unlawful acts.
Send unsolicited advertisements, promotional materials, spam, or malicious links (phishing/malware).
Impersonate any person, entity, or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity.

Veletify does not support, endorse, or tolerate illegal activities. While we do not store chat logs, we rely on user reports and automated security systems to detect and block abusive IP addresses.

4. User-Generated Content & Liability

Because Veletify functions as a real-time conduit for user messages without saving data, we do not actively monitor, filter, or moderate the content transmitted between users in private chats. You acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable. You agree that Veletify shall not be held liable for any damages, distress, or loss resulting from your interactions with other users. You chat at your own risk and discretion.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, graphics, logos (including the Veletify logo), trademarks, and underlying source code on this website are the exclusive property of Veletify and its rightful owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our website or services without prior written consent from us.

6. System Security and Interference

You agree not to disrupt or compromise the integrity of our platform. Prohibited technical activities include: using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the chat; attempting to DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) our servers; trying to bypass IP bans or security measures; and attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in our source code.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

Veletify is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, reliability, or error-free operation of our platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veletify, its owners, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.

8. Modifications to Terms & Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of Veletify at any time without notice. Furthermore, we may revise these Terms of Service periodically to comply with legal regulations or reflect changes in our system. Your continued use of the website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
